Hip replacement is a life-changing event for our clients. Edema, nerve disruption, muscle imbalance and adhesions can all sideline and discourage even our most active clients. Learn about Scarpa’s and Colles’ fascia along the abdomen, groin, and thigh. Experience lymphatic, somatic and corrective work to allow healing and entry into a full Pilates environment restoration.

The 2-hour background lecture video provides pre- and post-op recommendations for the scheduled trauma of total hip replacement surgery. Fascial disruption, bone healing, stages of recovery are explained. Deepen your understanding of the various factors involved with best practice recovery. Learn practical advice on how to implement best practice for optimal recovery for this common situation for many of our clients.

4 hours of pre-recorded LAB ZOOM meetings give demonstrations and discussion on active Pilates environment work for clients.
