Objectives
At the end of this hour, learners will be able to:
- Better understand the characteristics of the lymphatic system
- Better understand self-care techniques to alleviate pain and swelling in the trunk
- Better understand how to support clients having undergone surgery and treatment for cancer and/or orthopedics, as well as support post-natal restoration
- Better understand breathing exercises for lymphatic circulation in the Pilates environment
