A 57-minute presentation designed by Dr. Suzanne Martin, a physical therapist and Gold-certified Pilates instructor, using Pilates Method principles to help persons who have scoliosis. The second video in the Pilates Therapeutics® Scoliosis Series, it can also be used on its own.

Scoliosis (abnormal curvature of the spine) often impacts breathing and creates ribcage pain. Persons with scoliosis may be able to manage this discomfort with conscious breathing techniques, proper body mechanics, knowledge and postural strengthening. Demonstrations of therapeutic breathing and a 20 minute Exercise Flow are included with detailed explanations of the scoliosis condition.
